Rachel began her career in the hospitality industry working at the Park Hyatt Aviara for 9 years. It was there that she had the opportunity to meet guests from all over the world with varying backgrounds. Here she gained experience with different cultural backgrounds, talents, and personalities. She later progressed into a position with CVS pharmacy where she worked side by side with the pharmacist, interacting with new pharmacy techs as they transitioned into their new career. Through this experience, she realized her desire to pursue her education in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in social and behavioral sciences. Rachel enjoys leading others on a new path and uses her sound judgment to recruit the best caregivers for Golden Care.

Linda comes to Golden Care with a background in education as well as a successful career in managing multiple physical therapy clinics for a national healthcare organization. Perhaps most important, however, are the twelve years she spent in assisting in the rehabilitation process of her own mother, who suffered from a massive stroke. It is that background that drives Linda's passion for senior care and allows her to do her job with the utmost compassion and understanding. It also allows her to help family members deal with the physical and emotional exhaustion that comes with constant caregiving, and to walk them through any decision that needs to be made regarding the care of their loved ones.
